Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amounts you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence unless a mandatory consumer protection law specifies otherwise. Any disputes will be resolved in courts with proper jurisdiction, after the parties attempt good-faith informal resolution.
